Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic professional with a background in biology or chemistry for the role of Test Technician in our Manchester, NH location. This position is part of the Durability project team, which focuses on repetitive cleaning tasks related to product testing. While this job is generally easier compared to other projects like POD or Pivot, it can be tedious and requires attention to detail. We have 2-3 tester positions available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work on repetitive cleaning tasks associated with the Durability project.
- Perform test procedures according to written instructions and document results accurately.
- Report any anomalies and cooperate with engineering personnel to troubleshoot as needed.
- Provide feedback to improve the accuracy and repeatability of draft test procedures.
- Ensure test results meet FDA documentation requirements for regulatory approval and manufacturing release.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge or training in the use of test equipment such as data loggers, scales, and pressure gauges.
- Prior experience in quality inspection is preferred but not required.
- Ability to clearly articulate past job experience during the interview process.
- Familiarity with following test procedures written by others.
- Proficiency in computer-related tasks and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Details:
- Duration: 6 months temp-to-perm
- Location: Manchester, NH
- Salary: 1st Shift $22/hr. and 2nd Shift $23/hr.
- Shifts: 5 openings for 1st shift and 5 openings for 2nd shift
