This position involves the use of CNC (Computer Numeric Control) machine shop equipment. Primarily Vertical Turret Lathe with Fanuc Controls and 5 axis Mori DMG with Siemens controls. As a (an) CNC Machinist your day-to-day duties will consist of and may not be limited to: Responsibilities:Set up and operate, with knowledge of desirable speeds and feeds for various alloys. Ability to safely and effectively fixture and set up a variety of castings of various sizes and shapes. Knowledge of standard G codes, ability to use various measuring equipment to verify work performed along with the ability to offset and edit if needed to attain a quality part the first time every time. The ability to program is desirable. Most of the work is done on castings in a high mixed low volume environment. Set up and operate CNC 5 Axis MillingVertical and Horizontal Machining Experience with Mastercam preferredExperience with SolidWorks a plus Education / Certification:High school graduate preferred - will consider commensurate experience. Has passed Certification Test established by the Company for each machine that is used without close supervision. Requirements: Experience in Mastercam on horizontal CNC milling machine as well as VTL.Program and setup 5 axis machine.Working knowledge of other forms of CAD software, Vericut and SolidWorks is a plus.Understand GD&T, read and interpret blueprints.Ability to hold tight tolerances.Strong verbal communication.Assist in helping operators to maintain production and quality. As a (an) TIG Welder your day-to-day duties will consist of and may not be limited to: Responsibilities:Ability to pass welding tests for aircraft welding certifications Good mathematical skills Knowledge/Practical experience in aerospace environment Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical documents Perform all types of TIG welding to repair/replace damaged areas and cracks on aircraft parts and fixtures. Perform TIG welding operations on aircraft components to meet NDT specifications and ensure efficient flow of work to meet production schedules and demands. Perform TIG welding operations on titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, and nickel alloy parts, following standardized working procedures and parameters. Work with Engineering to develop programs, determine new methods, develop parameters, and determine material type for new or modified products. Assist with developing new tooling ideas. Inspect weld for bead sized and compliance with other specifications.Blend, grind, or polish weld ensuring specified minimum wall requirement is met.Use calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges to measure repaired part and ensure dimensional requirements are met.Complete production paperwork. Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment and machines. Performs schedule/unscheduled maintenance on the physical plant, electrical, mechanical and electronic repairs and troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning CNC-control mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process.Key Responsibilities:Performs routine preventive maintenance tasks to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly. Performs scheduled maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.Work at heights up to 30ft. Installing, repairing/replaces worn/defective parts, motors, control devices, electronics, etc., and troubleshooting all equipment.Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems and determine how to correct them, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.Record maintenance and repair worked performed.Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools and power tools. SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a must skill to have for the below position - Dashboards and Power BI Project Overview:The Financial Controls and Accrual Analyst provides support in the areas of cost accounting, financial analyses and reporting, and internal controls. SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Dashboards Job Functions and Responsibilities:Prepare and post monthly accruals journal entries, ensuring accurate allocation of expenses and revenue to the appropriate periods.Provide essential assistance in the preparation of the Quarterly Financial presentation and consolidated financial package, contributing to accurate and insightful reporting.Collaborate in the production of the Monthly Financial Package, ensuring timely delivery of accurate financial information to internal stakeholders.Review project invoices and approvals to ensure correct SAP purchase order number, account assignment, dollar value, approval levels, verify available funding, and backup documentation.Coordinate project reconciliation process with Engineers based on construction completion milestones. Analyze and identify variances between SAP and Engineers final scope of work for material, labor, fees, abatement and other associated costs.Prepare financial closeout of project in SAP including closeout of all contract dollar commitments, verification of 100% billing for project cost recovery, preparation of all accounting journal entries to reconcile SAP costs and final closeout memo.Support Financial Controls staff.Distribute all billing memos, closeout memos, journal entries to Accounting and Billing departments and for updates to Primavera.
